As I trudge through my everyday moments,
My breathe suddenly gives way
To the color pink…
Wrapping itself around the edges of the rose.
Deepening color and
Reaching to the far interior rounded petals.
Soft, smooth blossoms fold over…
With heavy dew, sipped through the sweet morning air.
My heart drinks in the essence of flower perfumed thoughts.
And my spirit sings awareness of simple wonders.
